Do I need to be home during the service?Not always. For exterior-only work, you don’t need to be home as long as we have access. For interior cleaning, someone will need to be present.
How long does it take?It depends on the size of the home and the level of buildup, but most jobs are completed within a few hours.
Do you clean in all weather?Light rain isn’t usually an issue, but for heavier weather we may reschedule to ensure the best results.

Do you include screen cleaning?Of course almost always remove and clean the screens along with your windows.
How often should I get my windows cleaned?Most homes benefit from window cleaning once or twice a year, depending on location, weather, and how quickly buildup occurs.
Are your services safe for my windows?We use the right methods and tools to safely clean your windows, including delicate or older glass, without causing damage.
